When the wearer presses the SOS key, the Navigil Service routes the alarm to the right responder — your team or a major alarm receiving centre — with location attached. The responder answers, and the wearer hears a voice from their own wrist. Even when no SOS button is pressed, home-zone and inactivity alerts provide added reassurance by notifying your team when something needs attention. It's an emergency watch for elderly wearers that never looks like one.
