Navigil
Wellbeing monitoring

See how someone is doing — before it becomes a crisis.

The Navigil telecare watch tracks resting heart rate, HRV and respiratory rate — and in the Navigil Service, care teams see the trends, so gradual change becomes visible early, while there's still time to act calmly.

The challenge

Decline is gradual. Crises are sudden.

In seniors, the changes that matter most rarely announce themselves. A slightly higher resting heart rate, a shift in breathing at rest, less movement week to week — each is easy to miss day to day, and by the time something is obvious, it's often already urgent. Traditional telecare waits for the emergency. Wellbeing monitoring is about seeing the change before the emergency.

What the watch knows

Wellbeing is more than an emergency button.

Navigil watches measure the things that matter — heart rate, night-time breathing, daily activities and location — and show each reading clearly to the people who care.

Resting heart rate

Tracked over time so care teams can see shifts from a person's own normal.

How it works

Each person is their own baseline.

The watch measures quietly in the background; the picture comes together in the Navigil Service, where the care team follows each person over time.

01
Two dashboards

The Watch Dashboard shows each wearer's status and wellbeing; the Wellness Dashboard charts every indicator over time with a trend line.

02
A personal baseline

Charts can carry a personal baseline with warning and alert levels, so change is judged against what's normal for that individual — not a generic norm.

03
Alarms that reach the team

Configurable alarms — SOS, no-movement and safe-zone — can notify the care team by email or call.

These are resting and periodic measures, not a live medical monitor, and they're read by the care provider in the Navigil Service — not by the wearer on the watch. Their power is in the trend — how a person changes compared with their own baseline, over time.

The impact

Earlier, calmer, more targeted care.

Seeing change early turns reactive care into proactive care. Teams can check in before a small change becomes an incident, target attention where it's genuinely needed, and reassure families with something more than a promise. Fewer surprises, fewer avoidable escalations — and seniors supported to keep living independently for longer.

Who it's for

Built for the people responsible for care.

Navigil serves home care providers, healthcare organisations, municipalities and assisted living operators — the people responsible for many lives at once.

The watches

One capability, two watches.

Wellbeing monitoring runs on the Navigil 580 and Navigil 580 D — the same capabilities inside, an analogue or digital face outside, so people wear the one they actually like.
